?Do you offer Net 30 terms?
Yes, we offer Net 30 day credit to well qualified customers. To apply for credit, please fill out our credit application. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your application. Please make sure to supply an email which we may use to contact you.

- Standard Warranty -
U.S. Seal warranties its seals, material and workmanship will meet applicable manufacturers’ specifications and will perform according to industry standards, providing the purchaser has selected the correct seal and material and proper installation has been made by the end user. Since it is beyond our control to assure proper selection of materials or insure proper installation, U.S.Seal Mfg. assumes no responsibility for damage after its products have been installed.
Any product found to be defective prior to use or installation will be replaced without cost or the purchase price will be refunded at our option. This is the maximum of our liability. The sale of any U.S.Seal Mfg. product under any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, is not authorized by U.S. Seal Mfg.
The foregoing is in addition to Seller’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale which shall apply to all sales. Copies are available on request.

Seals Unlimited Inc guarantees your unconditional satisfaction with our SJ Series, plain boxed mechanical seals. We will, at our option, replace or refund your purchase price within 90 days of purchase for any reason. Our mission is your satisfaction.
?What are the delivery methods and rates?
Ground shipments can be made either via UPS or FedEx. All air shipments are sent via UPS. We can ship collect on your account, should you so desire. Look up delivery time estimates for FedEx Ground and UPS Ground.

?How do I identify my metric seal?

?How do I measure a mechanical pump seal's working height?
Measure the shaft size using a caliper or ruler. Using the scale below, note the scale reading for that shaft size. Taking a rotary and a spring,set the rotary with the spring on the scale and press down until the reading is correct. Measure the height of the rotary and spring—this is the working length.
