Returns Policy
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All credit card customers should expect to receive their refund within 24 hours of our receipt of item to our warehouse. Net 30 customers will receive a credit back on their account. If the credit has not been used within 30 days a refund check will be issued.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We offer both flat-rate shipping and the option for you to use your own UPS account. UPS Ground items typically arrive within 3 business days. 2nd Day Air items arrive within 2 business days. Next Day Air items are guaranteed the next business day when placed by 2pm MT*. In the rare event an item is not in stock, you will be notified and refunded any expedited shipping charges (if paid by credit card) with the option of canceling your backorder.
*Flat-rate shipping charges do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii; flat rate charges do not include Saturday or Early AM delivery. Please call for quote.
